`Soleta Networks` offers support and training services for the `OpenGnsys Enterprise`.
We hope that this will provide you with the peace of mind you deserve.

The yearly support subscription includes these benefits:

* Access to unlimited support tickets for configuration issues, bug tracking, and bug fixing.
* We will respond to issues during business hours.
* Assistance with migration from previous (older) OpenGnsys versions.

Training services include:

* `OpenGnsys`_ system administration basic to medium-advanced (20 hours).
* Advanced `OpenGnsys`_ system administration (20 hours).

We also offer ad-hoc training according to your needs.
