`Soleta Networks`_ offers support subscriptions and training services for
the `OpenGnsys Enterprise`_  and `OpenGnsys Community`_ editions as well as
`OpenGnsys VDI`_ to give you peace of mind.

Support subscription includes:

* Unlimited support tickets for configuration issues, bug tracking and bug fixing.
* Support response within the bussiness day.
* Assistance in migration from previous (older) OpenGnsys versions.
* Remote support via SSH.

Training services include:

* `OpenGnsys`_ system administration basic to medium-advanced and VDI (20 hours).
* Advanced `OpenGnsys`_ system administration (20 hours).

We also offer ad-hoc training according to your needs.
