Services: Support, training and subscription

Soleta Networks offers support and training services for the OpenGnsys Enterprise. We hope that this will provide you with the peace of mind you deserve.

The yearly support subscription includes these benefits:

  • Access to unlimited support tickets for configuration issues, bug tracking, and bug fixing.

  • We will respond to issues during business hours.

  • Assistance with migration from previous (older) OpenGnsys versions.

Training services include:

  • OpenGnsys system administration basic to medium-advanced (20 hours).

  • Advanced OpenGnsys system administration (20 hours).

We also offer ad-hoc training according to your needs.
