Support and training

Soleta Networks offers support subscriptions and training services for the OpenGnsys Enterprise and OpenGnsys Community editions as well as OpenGnsys VDI to give you peace of mind.

Support subscription includes:

  • Unlimited support tickets for configuration issues, bug tracking and bug fixing.

  • Support response within the bussiness day.

  • Assistance in migration from previous (older) OpenGnsys versions.

  • Remote support via SSH.

Training services include:

  • OpenGnsys system administration basic to medium-advanced and VDI (20 hours).

  • Advanced OpenGnsys system administration (20 hours).

We also offer ad-hoc training according to your needs.
